Festival organisers have finally revealed that, following next month’s release of their new album ‘The Magic Whip’, BLUR are confirmed to headline the Saturday night at this years festival!  The news broke exclusively on Absolute Radio this morning, with Dean Chant from Bognor announcing the final headliner act live on the Breakfast Show after winning our competition.

The first act to be announced to play on the Main Stage at JL2015 with JT, are THE BOHICAS, who are signed to influential indie label Domino Records. The Bohicas are a band specializing in dark and bluesy rock n’ roll and with their debut album set for release this year, they’re tipped for big things in 2015. We at JLHQ are extremely excited at the prospect of The Bodices performing for the very first time at Jersey Live.

With 12 albums in the bag, more than 50 million records sold worldwide and multiple prizes at the Grammy and BRIT Awards the PET SHOP BOYS are the most famous and successful British duo in pop history. Festival organisers have announced that the electropop-icons will join the line up in Slottskogen at Way Out West this summer!

The TW Classic 2015 line-up is complete. Robbie Williams, Faithless and Anouk had already confirmed their presence at the one day festival in Werchter. Three great acts – THE SCABS, ANASTACIA and TEXAS complete the picture. On Saturday 4 July the Festival Park in Werchter will come to life with singing, dancing and partying. That much is certain.

THE SCABS open TW Classic 2015. It is already their third time at the festival but the first time they are performing with a new album under their belt. A guaranteed highlight. It will be ANASTACIA'S first time at the festival. The little lady with the big voice brings "sprock" to Werchter, she has had hit after hit with her efficient combination of soul, pop and rock.

A wealth of international talent concludes the second phase of the 2015 lineup, as eight world class artists are added to the South West Four bill. A combination of new and familiar faces, these artists reflect the truly international nature of our festival, with these DJs flying into the Capital exclusively for their Clapham Common performance. They will be followed by music lovers from all over too, with more people than ever making the pilgrimage to South West London.

Joining the tour this week are A+ DROPOUTS, ATILLA, AUGUST BURNS RED, DRAMA CLUB, FALSE PUPPET, MEMPHIS MAY FIRE and WE CAME AS ROMANS. The tour kicks off in Pomona on June 19th and make sure to check out the 70+ other artists who will be on tour!

A+ Dropouts is a high energy American pop rock band based in Huntington Beach, California fronted by singer, songwriter, and guitarist Cheska Zaide. She started the band in 2009 in Northern Virgina and built an impressive regional following.

Since then, the band has relocated to California and has toured locally and internationally. The group has a successful Asian tour under its belt, touring the Philippines with Forever the Sickest Kids, The Ready Set, The Summer Set, and A Rocket to the Moon. Stateside, A+ Dropouts has played Summerfest Milwaukee, National Cherry Blossom Festival, Launch Music Festival, Six Flags America, and numerous top venues across the country. The band has shared the stage with Yellowcard, Switchfoot, Allstar Weekend, Mayday Parade, We Are The In Crowd, and many more.

Returning for its second year, the Oak Street Block Party is back in conjunction with New Orleans Jazzfest. The free high-energy outdoor music festival will feature music on three stages (two outdoors and one inside The Maple Leaf) from noon to 7pm on Wednesday, April 29 in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans.

If we're to believe the social media, everybody was looking forward to this day.  For its 30th anniversary edition, Pukkelpop sticks to its winning formula of big hits and exciting newcomers.

No fans are more loyal than those of Linkin Park. For many years they've been bombarding our Twitter page and inundating us with wish lists... so their heroes might return to Pukkelpop. Well, their pleas have been heard: on Thursday, August 20th Linkin Park will headline on the main stage. This is only the third gig on Belgian soil since the band was created in 1996. Currently, Linkin Park is touring the world with their sixth studio album 'The Hunting Party'. Expect them to turn Pukkelpop upside down this summer!

Taking place from July 31 - August 2 at Chicago's Grant Park, Lollapalooza Festival has dropped huge line up for 2015!

This year's festival will feature headline sets from Paul McCartney, Metallica and Florence and the Machine as well as appearances by Alt-J, The Weeknd, Tyler the Creator, Of Monsters and Men, ASAP Rocky, Death From Above 1979, Hot Chip, TV on the Radio, Alabama Shakes, The War on Drugs, Gary Clark Jr., FKA twigs and Flying Lotus plus Australian acts Tame Impala, Chet Faker, Peking Duk and many more!
