Festival Info

The Brussels Summer Festival (formerly known Eu'ritmix) is an urban festival held in Brussels, the heart of the capital of Europe.

Created by the city of Brussels in 2002, the Brussels Summer Festival was born of a shared commitment to cultural operators, tourism and institutional Brussels to propose a major annual event in the heart of the capital at the end of the summer. The event that originally lasted only three days has rapidly gained importance and has, since its third year, attracted over 100,000 spectators.

Now enshrined in the Brussels tradition, the festival has established itself as a permanent appointment multicultural, lively and popular par excellence. Indeed, with its many advantages (an affordable price, exceptional sites, easy access, a multidisciplinary program quality), it has a growing reputation in Belgium and abroad. Now secured in the Quartier Royal (Place des Palais, Museum Square and Park Royal), the BSF is celebrating its ninth edition in 2010 and is about to pass the milestone of ten years in 2011.

Originally dedicated to the cultures and music of European Regions, the program then expanded to other horizons, its characteristic is to multiply styles: jazz, folk, rock, pop, world music, electro, hip-hop etc..

10 Days of Music & Much More!, Is the slogan of the Brussels Summer Festival. Indeed, the BSF is not just a music festival in the open air ... It is also over 70 indoor concerts (in bars and clubs in the city center), a collaboration with five major museums in Brussels at Mount Arts, an "urban aperitif" Special, BBQ areas, an evening in collaboration with Brussels Beach, an urban village, classical music (Classissimo) and street theater ...

Concentrated culture accessible to all pockets: € 20 Tickets (€ 30 and on-site) for the past 10 days and € 45 for the pass Classissimo (only classical concerts).

In 2009, the shows offered on the three scenes of the festival was no exception: Tryo, Milow, IAM, Psy 4 de la rime, Machiavelli, Tom Barman, Pep's, Kaponz & Spinoza, La Grande Sophie, Vive la fête , Cocoon, Tahiti 80, Triggerfinger be followed for ten days.
